WingateWeb Announces Release of Conference 4.8

Event management software delivers unsurpassed usability, functionality with new user interface and registration set-up wizard.

Salt Lake City, UT – December 18, 2007 – WingateWeb Conference™ 4.8, now available from WingateWeb, combines a robust feature set with a new user interface and registration set-up wizard, delivering simplified conference management and unsurpassed control.

Conference 4.8 provides a registration set-up wizard that enables event planners to efficiently create the registration paths, price points, and options for the various types of groups which will attend the event. Using the wizard, custom fields, question ordering, and tailored registration packages can quickly be added to registration pages. Conference 4.8 also features an intuitive WYSIWYG page editor which simplifies the task of adding and updating information on registration websites.

By combining web analytics with event analytics, WingateWeb now provides clients with highly detailed trend data, as a basis for their event strategy.

In conjunction with this release, WingateWeb unveiled a Session Access Control (SAC) appliance which includes a solid state CPU, flat panel monitor and 1D bar-code reader. Session Access Control tracks attendance to sessions for certification or continuing education purposes, and also ties into survey functions, providing valuable feedback to session presenters.
